Frontier Lakes is a Deed Restricted Community located just outside of the Willis city limits to the east in Montgomery County, Texas.

This is our Property Owners Association website to access bylaws, deed restrictions, recorded plats, and other documents, pay dues, and stay up-to-date with happenings.

We boast three small lakes for catch and release fishing or leisure. No gas-powered motors are allowed on the lakes - trolling motors only.

Our five parks are open daily from dawn to dusk. We have new playground at Sam Houston Park.

Our new POA office is located at 3425 Sam Houston (hours vary) and our phone number is 936-289-3576.
