Frontier Lakes is a Deed Restricted Community located just outside of the Willis city limits to the east in Montgomery County, Texas. This is our Property Owners Association website to access bylaws, deed restrictions, recorded plats, and other documents, pay dues, and stay up-to-date with happenings. We boast of three small lakes for fishing or leisure. No gas-powered motors are allowed in the lakes - trolling motors only. Our five parks are open from dawn to dusk only. No overnight parking allowed. We will have a playground and office constructed soon.
